A marketing communications expert with 8+ years of experience in Telecom, IT, Print Media, Ad & PR agency. Her overall experience ranges from managing PR, advertising, events, promotions, speaker placement, visual merchandising, internal communications, Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, loyalty programs & operational supervision of external agencies like: PR agency/ Event Management agencies/Media Planning agencies & other external vendors depending on projects. She has worked with companies like The Times Group, Airtel, Reliance, Qualcomm India etc.
Dr. Rajendra Gupta M.B.B.S. (Managing Director and Co-promoter):
With an overall experience of 30 years in the field of Healthcare Services, Capital Markets and Trading businesses, he currently takes care of all the business as Managing Director.
Mohit Bhambani (MBA, PGPR, B.Com) Operations Head:
Exhaustive experience across multi dimensional functions in Vkalp for last 3 years. As operation manager he has been instrumental in bringing positive growth in recruitment & training, optimizing productivity to setting key deliverables for the associates. He contributes largely to customer relationship management, business development, marketing, in house promotions & media planning. Mohit is a bona fide speaker on soft skills & personality development with hands on experience as speaker in many seminars & workshops.
Jasmin Choudhary (MBA, HR) HR Manager:
An HR professional with 3+ years of experience in BPO and media industry. With an MBA in HR, she has also worked across functions as process leader, recruitment associate, trainer and designed pay rolls for the employees. Her cross functional exposure gives her an insight to understand employees in a better way. She believes employees are the key to the success of Vkalp and employee satisfaction is her top priority.
